Arterio Widi Admaja[email protected]Eddy Nashrullah[email protected]

In the urban hydrological system, Green Open Spaces (GOS) function as rainwater infiltration areas. However, rapid urban development in Banjarbaru City has led to a reduction in green areas, resulting in decreased soil infiltration capacity and increased surface ponding. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Green Open Spaces as groundwater recharge areas. Infiltration testing was conducted using a double-ring infiltrometer at five-minute intervals, with three repetitions at each location until steady-state conditions were achieved. The results were then analyzed using the Horton equation and the actual infiltration method. The findings indicate that Bumi Cahaya Bintang Green Open Space exhibits the highest infiltration rate, reaching 67.78 cm/hour based on the Horton method and 52.8 cm/hour based on actual measurements, while the lowest infiltration rate was observed at Taman Mawar Lansia, with values of 24.97 cm/hour (Horton) and 16 cm/hour (actual). The Horton method demonstrates a consistent trend with the actual measurements and can therefore be considered representative. Overall, Green Open Spaces in Banjarbaru City function effectively as infiltration areas, with infiltration rates classified as rapid to very rapid.
2026-04-01T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://www.jtb.ulm.ac.id/index.php/JTB/article/view/357Evaluation of Vertical Deformation and Stress Distribution in Suspension Bridge Structures2026-07-17T01:31:00+00:00Annisaturrahmah Annisaturrahmah[email protected]Ade Yuniati Pratiwi[email protected]2026-04-01T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://www.jtb.ulm.ac.id/index.php/JTB/article/view/348Implementasi Smart City Berbasis Teknologi Berkelanjutan di DKI Jakarta: Analisis Smart Environment, Smart Economy, dan Smart People2026-07-17T01:31:44+00:00Sari Setyo Ningrum[email protected]Maria Kristina Lusia Geong[email protected]Sekar Rini Pratiwi[email protected]Aira Fairana[email protected]Elpi Nainggolan[email protected]Ida Kusnawati Tjahjani[email protected]
This study aims to analyze the implementation of a Smart City based on sustainable technology in the province of DKI Jakarta, focusing on three main pillars: Smart Environment, Smart Economy, and Smart People. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The results show that the implementation of the Smart Environment pillar is realized through innovations such as the Internet of Things (IoT)-based environmental quality monitoring system, the Flood Monitoring Dashboard, and the Jakarta Environmental Monitoring System (JEMS). In the Smart Economy pillar, the transformation toward a digital economy and a less-cash society has encouraged inclusive economic growth through programs such as Future City Hub and Open Data Jakarta. Meanwhile, the Smart People pillar emphasizes improving digital literacy and public participation through programs such as JSC Goes to School and Kelas Warga. The main supporting factors for Smart City implementation include consistent government regulations and strong digital infrastructure. However, challenges such as unequal digital literacy and uneven public participation remain as obstacles. Overall, this study emphasizes that the success of Smart City implementation in Jakarta depends on the synergy between the government, society, and technology that is oriented toward sustainability.

Keywords: Smart City, Sustainable Technology, Smart Environment, Smart Economy, Smart People

2026-04-01T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://www.jtb.ulm.ac.id/index.php/JTB/article/view/353Analisis Kapasitas Persimpangan Pada Daerah Kabupaten Tanah Laut (Studi Kasus Bundaran Simpang Tiga Angsau)2026-07-28T04:03:14+00:00Hendra Putra[email protected]Muhammad Rizan Adam[email protected]
The Angsau Three-Way Intersection, located in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province, serves as a key junction connecting several surrounding cities and regencies. Over time, the steady increase in population has contributed to a rise in transportation usage, leading to higher traffic volumes within Tanah Laut. Consequently, a study is required to assess the traffic service level at the Angsau Intersection to determine appropriate future improvements. Referring to the Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023 and utilizing the Indonesia Road Capacity Analysis software (KAJI), this research aims to provide comparative insights as well as recommendations for future development at the intersection. Based on the collected data and analysis, the highest traffic density occurs during weekends, with peak traffic volume recorded between 16:40–17:40 at 3,945 vehicles/hour. The resulting Level of Service indicates that the intersection is approaching the threshold of the Degree of Saturation (Dj), with a value of 0.76 (Dj < 0.80). The initial improvement effort to address the increasing traffic flow involves geometric enhancements on both the minor and major roads, along with the construction of a median of at least 3 meters, which effectively reduces the Dj value to 0.61 (Dj < 0.80). A second improvement alternative—geometric modifications on the minor and major roads—also proves effective in lowering the Dj value to 0.61 (Dj < 0.80).
2026-07-28T04:03:13+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://www.jtb.ulm.ac.id/index.php/JTB/article/view/327Perbandingan Nilai Kerusakan Jalan Menggunakan Metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) dengan Surface Distress Index (SDI) pada Ruas Jalan Irigasi, Kecamatan Gambut, Kabupaten Banjar2026-07-17T01:33:39+00:00Riska Hawinuti[email protected]
Road maintenance is a crucial aspect for sustaining smooth transportation flow and fostering economic growth. Over time, pavement deterioration is inevitable, necessitating an objective and quantifiable condition assessment. Irigasi Road, serving as the research location, is a primary artery in Malintang Baru Village and plays a vital role by connecting various public facilities, including the village head office, schools, community health centers, and the local market. It also provides access to residential complexes and functions as an alternative connecting route between two national roads: the Banjarmasin-Banjarbaru route via Ahmad Yani Street and the Banjarmasin-Banjarbaru route via Liang Anggang Street, through Trisakti Port. Several common distresses were observed on the flexible pavement of this road, likely attributable to underlying soft soil conditions, frequent passage of heavy loaded vehicles, and the annual inundation of some road sections during the floods in early 2025. The objective of this study is to assess the pavement distress condition of Irigasi Road using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and the Surface Distress Index (SDI) methods, and subsequently to determine the appropriate rehabilitation strategy based on the field survey results. The overall calculation results across all segments yielded an aggregate PCI value of 66,51, indicating that the recommended maintenance action is “Routine/ Periodic Maintenance”. Conversely, the calculated SDI value was 31,127, classified as “Good”, which recommends a maintenance program of “Routine Maintenance”.
